Nanny pay rates

Hi

Just looking at our nannies pay. She will shortly have three kids to look after. One is in school and one will be in nursery three of four days, but she?ll still have three early morning and evening. Any thoughts on going rate of pay ?

Reckon ?13 an hour net? We did ?14 in a similar situation but that was for a share for ?1 extra premium for the hassle of 2 sets of bosses.
