Hi, I'm looking for a 3 or 4 bed property to rent within the East Dulwich area, the property would need to have an HMO license as we are 4 sharers. Ideally we are looking for a part/fully furnished property for ~?2,300 PCM.

References can be provided for all tenants. We are looking to move at the start/mid feb.
