Recommended Benchmark Lofts for your loft conversion

Benchmark Loft has recently done our loft and we couldn't be happier. We had concerns about the limited height available however Tom and his team completed an excellent job in less than 10 weeks and managed to built us a bright, spacious and very confortable room with an en-suite. Tom is very responsive and has an excellent team of hard working and professional guys, we didn't want the standard additional box so Tom listened to our ideas and provided feasible options that were well considered in the job. The price was competitive, Tom provided a detailed quote that you can easily compare, we had no surprises! Highly recommended to anyone in the area.

Another recommendation for benchmark lofts. They recently completed our loft conversion and we are delighted with the results. Having competed works with other builders including a loft conversion in our last Homes, we found Tom and his team to be a complete breath of fresh air. They were transparent, professional, efficient, respectful and worked with us throughout to ensure we got the end result we were after. The build was completed on time (faster than we anticipated) and we were so happy with the workmanship that we are looking to use Tom and his team for more works in our home again. We would highly recommend Tom and his team for a loft conversion if you are looking, trust worthy and reliable. Feel free to Private message if you have any questions, happy to answer.

    • Yes, it would be great to see them nationalised. Along with the other water companies they seem to have a great business model: -submit a 5 year plan to the regulator asking for yearly price increases to cover the cost of improving the infrastructure and get them to approve it - carry on paying handsome dividends to shareholders and eye watering salaries to senior executives  - fail to achieve the infrastructure targets at the end of the five years, make some excuses and draw up the next plan Magic!
    • Avoid KFH. Agree with other comments that it is best to talk to lots of people.  Also, (not particularly related to the above agent), I wish I had read the reviews a lot more, rather than relying on numbers.  Depending on whether you are renting, letting, selling or buying the reviews often differ a lot depending on the relationship you have with the agent and it is worth checking whether the good/bad reviews match your situation.
