Hi everyone, I forgot to post on Friday but I lost 3 lbs this week. Again am thrilled.


I'm still not boozing and actually finding it a lot easier than I thought (thank goodness!!). I'm counting like mad and being very open with invites that of course we can come for dinner but i'm on WW and can you let me know what we're eating first so i can work out what i can eat earlier that day - everyone is being very supportive so it's not difficult.
