Due to a lack of space I?m selling this beloved bureau.

The previous owner did a bad whitewash job on this piece, particularly on the inside, and I always intended to upcycle it but never got to it. There is some splintering around the feet. It would benefit from a nicer coat of paint and would be a real standout piece if someone took the time. Collection from Peckham Rye.

  Had this problem a few years back. I can hear high-pitched sounds easily. I can't find my original post, but it was likely a faulty boiler cycling on and off as they do.   Do you think this is an illegal eviction and that the documents are not in order? You can get advice from Citizen's Advice or Shelter as well. There is also a lot of advice on line - i.e. what the documents need to include for the landlord to evict the tenant.
