Happy New Year to all, I know lots of you will be starting your new exercise regimes very soon, why not try pole fitness as a fun way to get in shape?


Pole fitness is great for overall toning as well as cardio exercise. The classes are suitable for beginners and you do not need to worry about having enough upper body strength, a few weeks of pole classes and the strength will come :)


An hour long pole fitness class can burn upto 600 calories!!!
