bee74
A few people have now recommended this. What do you think? Worth it or now? I have a treadmill at home which I normally use 2/3 times a week (well, not now after 3 weeks of my second baby). I also go swimming 2/3 times a week and do yoga almost every day. Is it fun or I shouldn't bother? Thanks Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/21390-any-thoughts-on-the-wii-fit-worth-it/ Share on other sites
newcomer
Jeez, it sounds like you do 10x more than most women already... I bought a Wii 2 years ago, used it about twice, then it sat gathering dust until I donated it to my ex-PA as a 'thank you'. In my case, it was an expensive mistake. You sound like you have a lot more dedication than I do, but could you borrow one for a month or two to see if you like it first? paragon
Wii is fun for christmas and family gatherings but I don't personally think it is a serious fitness device. Sounds like you do more than enough already. Wii Fit has a Yoga program on it I think Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/21390-any-thoughts-on-the-wii-fit-worth-it/#findComment-513658 Share on other sites
Monkey
Would be absolutely useless for you I think. Too pedestrian! Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/21390-any-thoughts-on-the-wii-fit-worth-it/#findComment-513675 Share on other sites
Otta
It's fun, and it's good for keeping track of your weight loss, and BMI, but not sure about serious work outs. There are a lot of fitness "games" on wii since wii fit came out, even a Zumba one. Couldn't tell you anything about them though. bee74
ah, ok. Thank you all. I just thought with a baby at home and not being able to leave the house at night, it might have been a good idea!
