Half- day workshop with Jonathan Clark

on Sunday 13th January 2019 2 - 5pm. At The Goose Green Clinic, 57-59 East Dulwich Road SE22 2AP

For curious beginners or those wishing to reconnect with Meditation and Mindfulness.

-Develop skills to deal with the stresses and strains of daily life.

-Consolidate and renew skills acquired on an MBSR Course or meditation class.

-Offer yourself more time than usual to meditate.

-Recharge your batteries and enjoy a few hours of calm.

-Experience some peace in a busy world.

There will be plenty of space for discussion and the option of joining a 12 hour continuation course over 3 Sundays in 2019 to take the process further (also stage 2 MBSR).
