Spacious room to Let in Tell Grove

Hello, I have a lovely spacious room to let in Tell Grove with a julien balcony. The peaceful Grove is off East Dulwich Grove and less than 10 mins walk from Lordship Lane and a 15 min walk to Dulwich Village . I?m a friendly, sociable and good humoured 40 year old woman who teaches from home. My party days are pretty much over and I enjoy a pretty healthy lifestyle so this room would suit someone on a similar page.

As I work from home (tutoring children) I need to keep shared areas clean (your room is your business).

I privately tutor so the kitchen/ front room is out of use until 6:30 pm Monday- Friday.

I?d consider a Monday - Sunday let for the right person for a maximum of 6 months.

Ideally though I?m looking for a Monday to Friday let for ?550 a week including Bills.

Is this room still available, please? And would you consider a very neat, well behaved if prima dona-ish cat? I am 42, very healthy, quiet and tidy, and also teach children. Lived in ED for 7 years several years ago and need somewhere while saving for my own home.

    • We went there yesterday for lunch, which was really delicious and excellent value. A starter plus a main is £11.95 for their "lunchtime special". Just a main is £8.95. We had excellent gyozas to start, then I had pad thai and my partner had a stir fry, both with tofu. They were large helpings,  freshly cooked, with fresh veg. There is the option to have chicken or beef (prawns are £2 extra) Also they now have Thai beer (Singha) on draught or in bottles (previously it was being your own alcohol). The service was also good. We were sorry and surprised not to see more people in there, particularly as there was a match on. It is really worth the short walk from Lordship Lane!
