Thanks Zig-zag.

I only travel through the station on and off and the posters at the station passed me by and I found out about this on another thread.

I can?t see a way to attach files so see post by Zig-zag on http://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/forum/read.php?5,1993094,1993200#REPLY for more info and a map.

PLEASE follow the one way system.

Yes the redesign left a lot to be desired.

Yes a new entrance is needed.

Yes whoever is responsible could have done better.

But we need to travel through the station until they get their act together. A one way system may not be ideal but it looks like they?ve learned from the last failed attempt and access to platforms will be quicker. Give it a go, make suggestions for improvements/ report ?inconvenience? supporting a new entrance so those who make the decisions know how pass? are affected. It might work if we all give it a go - it can?t be worse - and the people who make the decisions almost certainly don?t use the station.

I remember my dad telling me that when he first passed his driving test there were no drink driving laws. How many of us just accept that if we take the car out we put our seatbelt on and don?t drink. Sure when these laws came in there were people who were against them.

    • IMO, Sealy, the best nights sleep you'll ever have.
    • I don’t know what the shop was originally next to the big St Christopher’s but if Holland and Barrett are taking it over then surely it’s good to have a choice on Lordship Lane? The Camberwell H&B is always empty but the Brixton branch busy.  I remember when the Marks & Spencer food shop was Iceland? Now the M&S is a very busy store and at the time regenerated the high street!
    • Nor would I have done, but it came up when I googled John Lewis reviews. Do you not trust TrustPilot reviews? Even allowing for the fact that many people only post reviews when they have had poor service, 27% one star reviews is indicative of something wrong, I would say. That's 27% of 76,392 reviews. That's an awful lot of people who don't  think the service they got from John Lewis was even worth two stars, let alone more. Screenshot attached.
    • Yes I agree much of what they sell  is unhealthy rubbish, but they do have some good things, some of which are not sold by Health Matters (so far as I know) eg sprouted rye bread. Once it's open I slice and freeze it. Though whether they sell that in their shops or just online, I don't know.
