I'm 33 weeks pregnant and not sure how I will fare watching it but I like to think it will make me excited about the birth. I like to know exactly what I am in for! cmacnew
Watch it for entertainment value (funny husbands and very loud screaming women), but don't watch it if you are looking to find out what it will be like to be in labour... MrsMc
Loved it - especially since I went to school with two of the midwives featured! Just had no. 2 by caesarian so missed out on the business end of the labour ward - what an amazing job eh? uptime
Yes, I bet it's really amazing. I had a very quick labour just over a year ago but still avoid watching birth scenes on the TV as I find it highly emotional. I even cried at a nativity scene during the Christmas period! Hope it gets easier. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/21241-one-born-every-minute/#findComment-512763 Share on other sites
