Hi. I will be running a new adult dance workshop at Push Studios in East Dulwich on Saturday 19th January 2-4pm. It will be a lyrical contemporary jazz workshop including elements of Cunningham, Limon and ballet followed by a choreographic homage to the golden era of the MGM Musical.   How mean-minded to call the creative project of a group of enterprising youngsters, using their time productively 'foul'? Surely taking the initiative to set this u,p so young people can be outside and exercising is a positive and productive thing to be admired? 'Underage drinking and drugs' are more likely to happen when young people have nowhere to go and nothing to do (plus they can take place anywhere!) . How is a derelict pub better?

  Please dont redevelop....the skatepark is a rare place where young kids can chat, connect, and do something outside of the addictive but dull world of the internet. Community is one of our most precious parts of life.
