Looking for carpenter - extendable dining table

Hi

I?m looking for an extendable dining table with the following measurements:

Maximum 80cm width

6ft when unextended and 9ft when extended.

And also needs to extend from within the table (rather than extra leaves to be added)

Any carpenters/makers out there able to help? Any help greatly appreciated! Thanks so much!
