Fresh Turkeys @ Low Prices in Rye Lane

In case anyone is still looking for a fresh bird or a bargain this Christmas:

Fresh turkeys weighing around 7 Kg were on sale for ?23 each this afternoon at the front of the butcher/fishmonger next to (and to the north of) Khan's Bargain Supermarket on Rye Lane - at the zebra crossing, opposite the junction with Blenheim Grove.

The birds looked fine to my untrained eye - I didn't buy one myself but I'm hoping someone might find this helpful - they are roughly half the price of similar birds from the major supermarkets.
