I'm a local hypnobirthing teacher and I offer a lovely deep relaxation class every Saturday 11am - 12pm at Hot Yoga Peckham.

It's perfect for you if you've done hypnobirthing classes, you're waiting to start or you know nothing about it at all! I'll be imparting some hypnobirthing tips and birth wisdom and we'll have a long deep guided meditation to leave you feeling blissed out for the weekend.

  Bit of an overreaction. Sadly it happens. I should have PMd the bloke who was going to pick up the FREE Miele fridge, I left it outside but he didn't turn up and came home and the scrap people had taken the compressor and left me the rest to take to the tip. But I didn't. And got over it. Until now.
