Estate agent recommendations

I'm selling a flat in Forest Hill in a the moment. Needless to say that market seems quite stagnant, with 2 viewings in 10 weeks after a decent price reduction. Looking to see whether changing agents may springboard some activity. I've had valuations from Pedder, KFH, and Stanfords in Forest Hill. Any positives/negatives to any of theses agents? Or alternative recommendations?
