Fantastic split-level conversion flat in East Dulwich in a great location on - walking distance to all the amenities of vibrant Lordship Lane, local train stations and right by beautiful Dulwich park.

Recently decorated, the property is a wonderful and unusually large flat covering over 1000sq ft over 2 floors. It has a lovely well-proportioned living and dining space with plenty of natural light, a newly-fitted large, bright and well-provisioned kitchen and a big bathroom with separate bath and shower on the first floor, and then up to two proper double bedrooms on the top floor. It also has a lovely south-west facing roof terrace and plenty of storage space. Full gas central heating. Free on-street parking. The property is currently partly furnished due to the departing tenant?s preference, but can be fully furnished if required.

Suitable for 2 professionals or a working family, available from beginning of January 2019 on a minimum 12 month standard tenancy agreement; 6 weeks deposit (registered) and rent payable 1 month in advance. We are letting the flat privately, no agents or additional fees involved, just cost of reference checks, etc.

Viewings available by appointment only. Please respond with full details.

Hello,

we're a couple looking for a short let from January to March while work is done on our house in Nunhead. Would you consider a short let? We're looking to pay up to ?1200 a month. We're super reliable and will take good care of your place, having been homeowners ourselves and lived in East Dulwich for over 20 years. Thanks!

    • We went there yesterday for lunch, which was really delicious and excellent value. A starter plus a main is £11.95 for their "lunchtime special". Just a main is £8.95. We had excellent gyozas to start, then I had pad thai and my partner had a stir fry, both with tofu. They were large helpings,  freshly cooked, with fresh veg. There is the option to have chicken or beef (prawns are £2 extra) Also they now have Thai beer (Singha) on draught or in bottles (previously it was being your own alcohol). The service was also good. We were sorry and surprised not to see more people in there, particularly as there was a match on. It is really worth the short walk from Lordship Lane!
