Sue
If you paid by credit card, you should be able to reclaim the money from the card provider. stecoward101
Even if you have paid by debit card you are covered as it is a non delivered service. Phone your bank and they will refund your money. L&S44
I'm another one. PM me if you would like to know more. I've just got a refund through my bank (debit card) - I paid in full in April and had numerous reassurances over the last few months. erenela
Thank you everyone, that sounds reassuring!I?ve sent a claim form for goods not received to my credit card company, which covers the majority of the cost( still investigating)Will probably be out of pocket on some cash given and 16 handles I bought separately and left in the shop to be put on . Sue
Does anybody have any background info on this? Surely there must be contact details for the shop somewhere?ETA: The shop/business's owners, I mean. Brendanse5
I have just driven past these premises and it looks like Country Homes is now a shop that sells very similar items and is now called Timeless - maybe just a coincidence but thought it was worth mentioning....
