peterstorm1985
Is the mattress size carton cardboard? If so, they may just think that the recycling team will pick it up. Annoying, but there have always been thoughtless (brainless) people who choose to interpret the way that local services are provided to suit themselves without thinking of others. If it's not gone in a couple of days it may be worth giving a ring to Southwark to get it removed. If you find out who dumped it, you may choose to let Southwark know of a potential ongoing problem (in case they start having other things delivered).Leaving a bike on a street in London - any part of London - has always been a risk.I don't think East Dulwich has changed. You just had an unlucky couple of instances. There are lots of lovely people in East Dulwich - don't let a couple of idiots get you down.
