Live in ED and bus registered here but business in Lambeth

I've lived in ED for a long time (address is 16B Melbourne Grove) but my business which provides care at home for the elderly is based in Vauxhall Gardens Community Centre in Lambeth. Am I able to advertise my business? It is a company in place to make a profit but then the profit will be given to charities that help the elderly. I don't want to violate the rules.
