Dyslexia assessment - any recommendations?

Hi, I would be very grateful, please, if anyone could recommend a competent and qualified Dyslexia assessor for a young teenage girl? I do know that qualified personnel can be sourced on the BDA and PATOSS websites, but just wondered if anyone on here had any personal experience.
