Quiet cosy single room (with comfortable double bed) overlooking garden. MON-FRI only (or may consider a short term let) ?120 per week inc. bills.

Great location 5 mins Lordship Lane, North and East Dulwich Stations, also on the 37 and 42 bus route. (opposite Dulwich Hospital)

Comfortable 5 bed victorian family home. Bathroom shared with my 2 teenage sons.

Well equipped kitchen. Free on street parking. Great neighbourhood.

We have 2 lovely cats.

I work from home so I need the house to myself during the day. It would suit someone who needs somewhere to stay in town during the working week.

PM if interested ...

    • County Court proceedings should be able to be handled without legal advice.  There should be guidance from the courts service about what to do if you have a summons served on you -  EX303. If you defend it then you will no doubt have good reason to do so which  district judge will consider.  Six years sounds a long time ago and I am surprised that you could still be liable after this time.  Citizens Advice will help, you will have to queue in person or on the phone as they are not as well resourced as in the past.  Law Centres may be able to help too. https://waterlooactioncentre.co.uk/
    • Sephiroth, meaning of. "There was one SOLDIER named Sephiroth, who was better than the rest, but when he found out about the terrible experiments that made him, he began to hate Shinra. And then, over time, he began to hate everything." "Ha, ha, ha... my sadness? What do I have to be sad about? I am the chosen one. I have been chosen to be the leader of this Planet. I have orders to take this planet back from you stupid people for the Cetra. What am I supposed to be sad about?"
    • We went there yesterday for lunch, which was really delicious and excellent value. A starter plus a main is £11.95 for their "lunchtime special". Just a main is £8.95. We had excellent gyozas to start, then I had pad thai and my partner had a stir fry, both with tofu. They were large helpings,  freshly cooked, with fresh veg. There is the option to have chicken or beef (prawns are £2 extra) Also they now have Thai beer (Singha) on draught or in bottles (previously it was being your own alcohol). The service was also good. We were sorry and surprised not to see more people in there, particularly as there was a match on. It is really worth the short walk from Lordship Lane!
