Free body confidence & wellbeing coaching (4-6 one-hour sessions max)

I am seeking a male or female adult (18+) who thinks they may benefit from body confidence coaching.

Hello! My name is Ursula, I live in East Dulwich and am currently in training for my IBCC - (body confidence coaching qualification). I have previously worked with over 1000 people from all sections of the community to support them with self-esteem, confidence and body image issues for the past 7 years. I am also the founder of Project Dare: Dare your way to confidence, self-compassion, and a positive body image. Details of the organisation can be found here: www.projectdare.co.uk

To be suitable for the body confidence coaching one-hour sessions, you must be:

πŸ’₯ South London based, preferably in or as near to East Dulwich as possible

πŸ’₯ Prepared to meet up once every week or once every two weeks in person in a quiet South London coffee shop - always in a public space. (NB// I am NOT offering Skype or phone coaching at this stage)

πŸ’₯ Willing to have our coaching sessions recorded on a dictaphone (this is so my supervisor can give me feedback on my coaching for every session. This will ensure I don't miss opportunities for your growth)

πŸ’₯ Ready to set yourself a goal/ or you would like help defining goals, or you are seeking change in your life.

πŸ’₯ Be patient with me if I want to check something with my supervisor 😁

πŸ’₯ Up for giving me testimonials to use to promote myself as a coach if I manage to help you!

NB// I will not be disclosing any personal information, the sessions are confidential and your name can be changed when I do my write up.

I look forward to hearing from you and possibly moving forward with the coaching. Please know I am 100% committed to coaching you to reach your body confidence and life goals.

Thanks in advance! Ursula Joy

    • Watson’s General Telegraph. Truly amazing. High quality meat, generous portions, huge Yorkshires. We don’t go anywhere else.
    • The Plough has very good traditional food...
    • Yes I got an email from Ellie Reeves local MP today, saying Lordship Lane post office will stay but become a franchise. So good news for those who still use post offices!
    • Many are enduring the cost of living crisis. Whilst I feel for single people living alone, the point is many families also feel squeezed financially so you saying it's fairer for larger households to pay more for water consumption is a bit mean spirited. There are many many situations people find themselves in and one could also argue that single people living alone in 3 bedroom houses are disadvantaging families by taking up more space than needed. The discussion could go right down a rabbit hole. The basic point is water should be free. It was until privatisation and now it feels like yet another tax on working families.Β  I'm using the term hardworking families because we've been hard hit by many increasing bills. That isn't to take away from single people or those without kids. Obviously everything (well most things) are choices. Everyone is entitled to free speech last time I checked. Why does the term hardworking families bother you so much?! Jeez...
