Kitchen rearrangement - who to hire?

Hi!

We have an Ikea kitchen in our open plan living/ kitchen/ dining area.

We want to mostly keep all the existing fittings and appliances, but just move them to rearrange the layout.

Some appliances would stay along the same wall, but just further down the room (sink, dishwasher, washing machine).

Others would move to a new wall (fridge/freezer, oven & hob).

I'm wondering how to go about this and who would be the best type of trade to hire.

Also, if anyone has a ballpark idea of the cost of this sort of job, that would be hugely helpful.
