I am a Level 3 qualified personal trainer in the Nunhead/Peckham area. I am very happy to train you in your home/garden or at the local park - wherever you feel most comfortable. I am particularly passionate about working with people who need to get the fitness back on track after a lengthy period off! I am passionate about what I do - for me fitness is most important for keeping my mental health in check. I am a big believer in creating varied sessions that keep you interested but that maintain a thread of consistency so that those being trained can witness their own improvement closely.
