Trying to make the most of Peckham Rye Park before the 'fun' begins and we get shut out by the metal fencing, the noise and building work. -

Yep, amidst all the 'summer chilling and green village' marketing vibe, there is no mention that the sweet little 'private' courtyards and carefully crafted roof terraces will be towered over by massive 8 storey high student accommodation. They'll be wanting to build and get those sold off fast. -
