Dear Parents,

My lovely Nanny is looking for some additional work. She is the kindest and most loving person to my little boy.

Her previous role ended due to the child starting nursery and her new role is no longer possible due

to an unfortunate change in circumstances their end.

She is ideally looking for 3 days a week but is flexible and this could be 2 or 4 ? Monday to

Thursday (she has my son on Fridays).

I?m helping her because she?s wonderful and we really want her to find a lovely family.

So why her?

It?s so hard to find someone you can absolutely trust and treats your child with as much love as her own.

She of course has all the relevant training, is DBS checked, level 3 childcare, paediatric first aid, clean driving license.

She has 3 children of her own, 2 of whom go to school. Her youngest is 2.5 and is currently with her but due to start mornings at pre school soon.

I see this as an advantage ? they are genuinely a second family for my son. He loves playing with other children. He frequently tells me he wants to see them and is so happy when she comes to collect him. She's looked after my son for about 18 months now and he's almost 2.5

My son is obsessed with Spiderman and the other day he come home beaming from ear to ear in a Spiderman suit? she?d given it to him because her older son had outgrown it and he was so delighted. The only issue was taking it off him later that evening!

She has worked as a Nanny in and around Dulwich since 2011, she has a good network of other nannies and goes to a lot of groups and activities.

Additional excellent references are available.

Please message me if you?d like her details.

    • I had no idea about the sourcing of the paving stones - where is the info on this? The extension of the paved area seems completely unjustified- plus, there is a cycle lane right thru the middle so there are bound to be some near misses with pedestrians.
    • That's really awful. There must be someone further up the management chain who could be made aware of this?
    • I'm assuming that anybody who has a cat can afford  its food, litter, vets' fees etc. Nobody was saying that two quid is "nothing", but it's cheaper than some brands of cat litter, so was hopefully useful to the OP. Still, hopefully your post made you feel better 👍 🤣 We still don't know why there was a bag of cat litter at the bus stop! Surely it would be rather difficult to take it away unnoticed if the owner of the cat litter was  also at the bus stop? It's not like someone distracted your attention and picked your pocket and you didn't notice till some time later! But what is also confusing me is, if the OP knows where the thief lives, why don't they go and ask for their cat litter back?
    • The market is only there for a few hours on Saturdays! Surely all street markets are "a bit tatty"! That seems a strange reason to close a road permanently to traffic!  There is already at least one seat  in North Cross Road (which seems to be quite well used),  apart from those for customers of The Palmerston,  and several of the shops in the road have greenery outside
