Free pc hardware circa 2012 or later wanted for repurposing

I have a penchant for repurposing old unwanted hardware, stripping and cleaning systems and using the parts to make the best computer possible for stuff like retrogaming, NAS servers, creative workstations etc either for myself or to pass on to people I know personally and online who are in need of a machine.

I can pop round and leave a program to securely erase all data from hard discs, or do so at home and provide proof it has been done.

Hardware from 2012 and later is requested due to being more power efficient and less harmful elements used.

Am about to clear my backlog of stuff and would really appreciate hardware to work on as winter will be with ua soon and nothing pleases a geek more than having a shelf full of projects to work on, knowing it's been saved from the skip, landfill or sitting gathering dust in a reseller, likely never to be used again.
