martin.g.taylor
For the past 5 weeks my Virgin TV and broadband has been terrible. I have complained many times and they say it will be fixed in a few days, but of course it never is. They have said it?s affecting many people in the SE22 area. Anybody else having problems? I would advise you call the help line and ask for compensation, at least that way your get some money back. alexablue22
I have on going problems with Virgin. An engineer told me today that SE22 area is notorious for its intermittent Wi-Fi access and it won't be fixed till 29th March 2019!! How did you go about getting compensation? Alexa. Growlybear
If you lose your service completely for any length of time, don't believe Virgin when they tell you it's an area fault. Insist that the inept overseas call centre people pass you over to the UK team and ask them to send an engineer. I was fobbed off for over two weeks with the excuse that my loss of service was an area fault and had no internet access whatsoever for this time. When the engineer finally called, the fault was with my virgin router and had nothing whatsoever to do with the ongoing area fault. Dulwich Born And Bred
I?ve finally given up with Virgin, cancelled my service with them and signed up with BT. It?s been years of shabby service, interrupted connection and price hikes.
