That doesn't sit very well with your long and detailed description of the events which is clearly written to put forward your version; you could have just said there was an incident and asked for witnesses. Nor does it accord with your unpleasant and unnecessary description of the other party as "pond scum" who is bound to have previous convictions. The way you have spread accusations across social media - in a way which effectively amounts to harrassment - and the contrasting accounts offered on here make your case look extremely dubious.

Steve mate, I think you better explain yourself, because it?s looking pretty bad for you!

I wasn?t there, I don?t know the truth on this matter, but I?m willing to bet money that you didn?t expect any kind of online rebuttal. Don?t start what you can?t finish, and all that...

All men should be aware of how nervous women can be when they are out and about - especially on their own - and the measures they go to to feel safe. With this in mind, they should be aware of their behaviour and how it can be interpreted. Men, generally, don't have the same worries.

It's completely unacceptable to pursue a woman on her own and expect it to not be considered threatening and dangerous.

    • Hello, I found some keys on Monday morning on Melbourne Grove. The keyring was not Donald Duck though. Could it be another keyring?
    • As a note of recommendation, I did this course in Rye Oak Centre, Peckham and gained so much from it. Was such a lovely, supportive group.
    • Wish they get rid of the tree in Barry Rd adjacent to the Plough, The roots are all over the place, Council re tarmacked them some time ago but makes the pavement uneven. You cannot get a mobility scooter over them as tarmac slopes. Witness a lady with wheelchair trying to get over , in the end her carer had to help over with 2 crutches then push the empty chair over. Also young children using scooters/bikes have fallen off at this point. Hubby spoke to tarmac workers when the work was done and they felt the area was very dangerous to pedestrians and the council should have authorised the removal of both tree and roots. Some prams cannot get over as well. Prior to Christmas, mother/carer with 2 children in double buggy had to walk in road with on coming traffic. We do need trees   I have 2 in my garden - one is well over 50 years old and we have it pollard every few years to prevent it damaging neighbours property.
