These new HIP classes combine pilates precision, core strength with cardiovascular training for a high intensity, energetic, low impact exercise class using light hand weights (optional), to improve arm strength and tone.

  Our cat Booboo has been missing since early Sunday morning (09 March). He's a three-year-old male cat with black fur (short). He's recognisable from having very big feet - I think about two extra toes on each paw. He's very nervous of strangers and doesn't go out the front of our house - he mainly hangs out in the back gardens on our block (Goodrich/Barry/Friern Road). If you spot him please let us know (07771915355).

  That's useful, thank you - I've got a Primark near my work. Primark is (perhaps surprisingly) also one of the most diligent when it comes to labour rights in the supply chain, and I have to say the bits I've had from there have been quite good quality and lasted a long time. But otoh it's still fast fashion I suppose.
