So, what is HIP Pilates?


It's not a class of hip exercises or a HITT class......and the pilates instructor isn't that cool!


H - High

I - Intensity

P - Power


These new classes, the creation of Lisa Bradshaw (https://www.hippilates.com/what-is-hip/) for qualified pilates teachers, combine pilates precision, core strength with cardiovascular training for a high intensity, low impact exercise class, using light hand weights (optional), to improve arm strength and tone.


*Express 45 minute classes

*Only 15 per class

*Mats and hand weights provided

*Qualified and experienced 'Body Control Pilates' & YMCA qualified Exercise Instructor
