Private Cord Blood Banking

We are looking for any experiences anyone may have of private cord blood banking at the time of the birth of a child. We are expecting our first child and trying to find out as much as we can before making a decision. Has anyone gone through the procedure at Kings? If so, what were the deciding factors on carrying out the procedure and the agency used?
