Looking for a French tutor

OliviaB

Recommended Posts

My husband and I are moving to France next year and are looking for some French tuition before we go. I can speak ok French having studied it at A-level, but need a refresher of grammar primarily. My husband speaks less but picks up languages pretty well so we are hoping we could do some joint sessions focusing on grammar and then he can carry on with general vocab and conversation.

I have found a few posts from tutors on here but wondered if anyone had any recommendations of French tutors for adults that they have used and found effective (and liked!)?

Thanks

    • Our cat Booboo has been missing since early Sunday morning (09 March).   He's a three-year-old male cat with black fur (short).    He's recognisable from having very big feet - I think about two extra toes on each paw.   He's very nervous of strangers and doesn't go out the front of our house - he mainly hangs out in the back gardens on our block (Goodrich/Barry/Friern Road).   If you spot him please let us know (07771915355).

    • That's useful, thank you - I've got a Primark near my work. Primark is (perhaps surprisingly) also one of the most diligent when it comes to labour rights in the supply chain, and I have to say the bits I've had from there have been quite good quality and lasted a long time. But otoh it's still fast fashion I suppose.
