Very happy with the BT 150 (not sure how it's different from BT 100).

The main feature which we find useful is the ability to turn on the lullabies from the parent end, i.e. you don't need to go into the baby's room and risk being seen! This may be a common feature of all monitors, though.

Bt150 here too, it's great. The difference between the bT100 is I don't think that one has a temperature gauge on it. I love that you can adjust the volume and put it on mute but watch the lights. I have used it abroad where the pool was at the end of the garden and it still worked from quite some distance. You can get them on eBay but it's worth the money I think.

    • The Oxfam shop refusal may be because they have very limited storage space at the back of their very small shop?
    • I agree. The staff are always lovely!
    • Hi, does anyone know anything about the generator that seems to run from 7am every day in the car park of Dominic Court off The Gardens? I live in a property that backs on to that car park and it’s incredibly noisy and fumey. It’s been there for a long time now and it looks like it’s powering a site office for construction workers. Does anyone have any information about how long it will be there for, and who is operating it? I worry about the quality of the air as it’s like having a truck running constantly. And it’s very annoying to have it rumbling all day.
    • Most charity shops will take rags for textile recycling. I’ve also donated to Christopher’s, Shelter on LL and Scope in Camberwell. The only one I’ve known to refuse is the Oxfam in Herne Hill.
