dougiefreeman
We just got home (about 10.30pm) and spotted a cat (black with white) lying on the road - sadly must have just been hit.Another man was already on the other side of the road before we got out of the car - he moved it to the foot of the nearest tree (outside number 70) and covered with a blanket.I posted a note on the tree - hoping the owner will find him/her by morning otherwise we'll give the council a ring to come and see if there's a microchip. fruityloops
Do you have time to drop it to the nearest vet? (neighbourhood on LordShip Lane is probably closest). I would want our cat to be taken if that had happened - could take the council ages to get round to it/if at all. singalto
I also doubt the council would scan the cat and contact the owners.. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/205903-cat-hit-on-barry-road-this-evening/#findComment-1283243 Share on other sites
FreyaMikaelson
The Neighbourhood Vet has always been incredibly helpful. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/205903-cat-hit-on-barry-road-this-evening/#findComment-1283289 Share on other sites
