beeandson
Does this happen often in the area?just spent 45 minutes with an operator doing all tests and only after she booked engineer to come and replace modem she came back to me with.... oh actually...there is a fault in your areaI may be able to call it all off as I only had it installed recently and was already not happy with it and resorted to connect via bluetooth with iphone...By the way does anybody know what's going to happen to my 3 mobile monthly allowance if I use the iphone to connect? It seems to be ok, fast and the last bill was a regular bill, but it all seems too good to be true(apologies for long msg) Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/20568-virgin/#findComment-500807 Share on other sites

monica
beeandson if my mobile phone bill increases, I will send it to virgin. I am not too sure on the logistics, however and please anyone correct me if I am wrong, it should not affect your phone tariff. Alan Medic
It might be good if people stated if they have cable or not. I'm no expert but getting Virgin via cable or a phoneline are two different kettle of fish. KidKruger
Virgin cable fine down here by CPT.Monica -I don't think Virgin will refund any charges you incur routing your internet traffic through your mobile, best you'll get is a reduction in your pro-rata rate from the day you call to register the problem with them (not the day you notice it).
