Health check pharmacies Southwark ...where?

Does anyone know of any local pharmacies which carry out the NHS health check? My local gp service only does these on Thursdays, (the one day I can't do). I understand that some pharmacies do these, but i can't find the list of these, and my gp service don't seem to know either. The link on Southwark Councils website for this does not work!!

Some Lloyds pharmacies do this.

I rang the one on north cross road. They don't do it, and couldn't offer any helpful info unfortunately.

I was sent a leaflet a while ago, not many places do it, although i recall there were a few places in Peckham that do it.
