Hi


Our flat in Brixton will be available from Nov 18 2018.

It?s got two great-sized double bedrooms, a very large kitchen, lounge, bathroom with bath and shower and toilet, utility room and roof terrace

Rent is ?2,100k minus bills but we can look to include bills as part of the charge if you prefer. The current tenant pays ?2,300 with all bills included.

The flat is loft-style and there is no elevator so you need to be able to scale steps easily to live here, it?s part of a block that houses opposite TK Maxx in Brixton and unfortunately there is no way to put a lift in. Previous tenants have owned cars but again, it is in central brixton so parking is what is is. Permits are available however.


Flat comes furnished.

      AHH it's been a really difficult season for growing trees, there is bound to be a shortage.  Too much rain, too much snow, too cold, too warm, too dry.  That will explain the high costs.  Well that is what they say every year. They are already out in car parks and the like.  Local schools do them as well.  We will get our Lidl one out in a couple of weeks or so from the garden.  Remember a 🎄 is not just for Christmas

      The point is Seph,  that if I was in charge of the government, even if it has no hope, it would be making me wonder why people were signing . Especially if it gets much bigger.  Who knows, maybe there will be a reshuffle at the top.
