Wanted - curtain + rail maker (complete job)

Hello,

I would like to have a rail on both upstairs windows that would ensure as much block out as possible. (The frames for my windows do not allow blackout blinds due to lack of depth).

NB The rails may have to be bespoke as I want them to go over and around the blinds, which have a pelmet box that juts out about 3".
