Yoga Kundalini - Teacher and Class Recommendation

Kundalini Yoga - My lovely Yoga teacher Emma has a fabulous class and I wanted to mention it here. Kundalini Yoga is slightly different to other yoga types, more spiritual, emphasis on meditative poses, breathing techniques whilst also putting one through one's paces in terms of strengthening (core and limbs), poses are held for longer etc. Most traditional yoga poses are used (only one I can think of rarely used is Warrior). Perfect for those practising/learning mindfulness. I have been addicted for over 8 years, after every class one feels totally different, relaxed and zoned out, amazing shavasanas. I am Dulwich resident but the class is Crystal Palace, Mondays 7pm-8.45. Please do message/PM me if interested. Namaste!
