I?m a qualified nursery school teacher and a professional baby nanny with 22 years experience. I have taken some time off work when I had my baby boy 5 months ago and as he is growing and needing more and more interaction I have decided to look for a family with a baby of similar age to mine that will be happy for me to bring my baby along. I have worked in many nannyshare positions and I think babies greatly benefit from such a set up as they get almost individual care but with another child for play and company which is very important for their early years development especially when they are being look aftered in a home setting.
