Hello

I have a couple of spaces left on my Welcome to Motherhood course for mums and babies, on Tuesday mornings at 10am.

A 3-week course in Pilates and mindfulness to offer healing tools for body and mind as you transition into motherhood.

Motherhood is intense physically, mentally and emotionally, and we need to learn how to strengthen and soften in order to build resilience for the tough days.

I'm a Pilates teacher and a meditation teacher, and author of Pilates for Pregnancy, and The Supermum Myth: Overcome Anxiety, Ditch Guilt and Embrace Imperfection https://www.amazon.co.uk/Supermum-Myth-Imperfection-Mindfulness-Techniques/dp/1910336343.

We'll focus on pelvic floor and abdominal recovery, and the release of tension through body moves, breathing deep and full, and mindfulness meditation. A safe space to muse early motherhood.

Babies welcome, if not on the move yet.
