Lost Dog?

Out this morning in Dulwich Park we saw a dog trailing a lead running around the park in blind panic. Looked lost. We tried several times to catch it but it was too scared to even stop running. Worried it is lost (or dumped?). Looked like a Basenji.

it might have been a Shiba Inu - they look similar, and i know there are a few in Dulwich

let's hope it's been reunited with its family
