KatieJ Posted September 12, 2018 Share Posted September 12, 2018 Just that really - Never had any problems with Virgin apart from their prices so I switched. A few glorious problem free months with Talk Talk and now I have lost 7 channels (including ITV and Ch 4). No amount of re-tuning channels or resetting of boxes has helped despite spending far too much time on the phone to the tech support team. I don't get the impression its a very complex problem - it's just that they are based overseas and I need someone at my house. I actually think it might be something to do with the fact that my aerial cable runs from the TV to the box and not to an aerial socket on the wall (but I don't know for sure).
