HI all

Adriana - Just wanted to confirm that you still up for meeting on Weds this week? I am not free tomorrow am afraid, but anyone who wants to join us is welcome. Plans yet to be made. Park weather permintting? Or if ranining happy to host at mine (assuming we aren't hundreds!!)

Let me know

Kim

I am busy tomorrow as well :(

Wednesday I usually go to The Forester in Forest Hill - just behind the train station - for a freelance/working from home mums meet up. A few work shifts and some are stay at home mums so I guess it is open to anyone :)

The place is very spacious, they have nice food if anyone wants lunch and there is enough place for kids to crawl/run around.

They open at 11.

If not happy t meet Thu if anyone is free.

    • Shoplifting, although on the surface a minor crime, actually affects our community. There are so many minor crimes that are too small for the police to attend, yet they all add up
    • If there is no threat of violence, et cetera, police rarely attend so fines And community service won’t happen
    • But it's a forum. For discussion. You can't control what other people want to say in response to somebody else's post! Threads go in all sorts of directions.
    • Focussing on the OP immediately shifts the focus of the post from the antisocial, thieving git that the OP wants to vent about to a discussion about casual racism and in my mind, it's the shoplifter who should be the focus of this thread even though she is unidentifiable.  It's all just venting on here in the end.
