I am starting an Introductory 3 week PILATES BEGINNERS COURSE.

Wednesdays October 3rd-17th inclusive.

7.10pm at Mission Bubble Studio.

Off Lordship Lane SE22 8SD.

Come along and learn the basics for good Pilates technique.

Pilates is excellent therapy for back pain, shoulder pain, injury prevention/rehab. Post pregnancy.

Lengthening, Strengthening, and Mindful breathing.

Each Matwork class is one hour.

?36 for the 3 classes.

  Has anyone else noticed a small notice, midway on the green, metal barricade, that is flagging another event in September? It seems to be another event organiser has been granted a licence to operate in the same area of the park? Does anyone know more? If Cllr Hamvas is around, perhaps she could shed some light on this and any other plans for further commercial exploitation of our precious park, by this council.

  Anyway, along with most of the (many) things I'm presently worrying about, it will all sort itself out one way or another when I find myself doing something about it. I have to remind myself that I'm not starving in Gaza or being bombed or living in America.   I suppose car clubs operate outside of London but it sounds like it requires quite a lot of forward planning. Not sure how helpful if you need to make a last minute journey out of London and are unclear when you will travel back.

  Thanks, I will investigate. But how does this work if you want to drive out of London and leave the car somewhere else? And then pick.up another car a few days later to drive home?
