Teen sessions at JAGS Sports Club for 12-17yrs : Perfect for fitness, friends & Duke Of Edinburgh

JAGS Sports Club offers a number of weekly sessions for 12-17 year olds, available to both members and non members. Classes are included in membership or teens can drop in for just ?5.


Regular exercise is a fab way to vent some energy, help focus busy minds, and can be used towards the Duke of Edinburgh Award, which is very popular in this area.


Classes are bookable one week in advance, please call 02086136500.


Our weekly sessions include:


Monday: TEENFLEX, 6-7pm

This session includes learning how to stretch safely and effectively, which is perfect for anyone doing any kind of sport. Expect cool music, some down time, and lots of core stregth work.


Wednesday: TEENBOX, 6-7pm

This is a high energy class with lots of boxing training circuits and pad work.


Thursday: TEENCYCLE, 6.15-6.45pm

Cyclefit or spin, is a perfect way to get a good dose of cardio, whilst also working on glutes and core.


Saturday: YOUTH GYM, 2-2.45pm / 2.45-3.30pm

These sessions are divided in to two. The earlier one is for beginners, whilst the later one is for more advanced attendees. Teens will be able to get a good understanding of how to use gym equipment safely and effectively, and will also have the opportunity to build a workout routine that works for their body.
