ad2000
You don't even have to leave Startford Tube Station. When you leave the jubilee line train you follow the signs straight ahead and go along a covered walkway which takes you in the bowels of the Westfield beast. Enjoy! *Bob*
It does have lots of 'shops' - which apparently are useful if you want to go 'shopping'. Vilmos
I am thinking of going, just to have a look, the same as I did when I went to see the Westfield in west London.I thought I could get the 185 to Lewisham, then get the Docklands Light Railway to the shopping centre. Will this work out? Wiffwaff
Westfield is the company name, they own and run malls in NZ and Australia - if the question on why it isn't called Eastfield was a serious one. mrcee
did it the other day,go to honor oak park station, overground to Canada water (12mins) and then jubliee line to stratford (20mins). From stratford station you can directly access westfield, its by far the quickest and most relaxed journey there. Jeremy
If (like me) you don't live anywhere near Honor Oak or Forest Hill, you can get the train to London Bridge followed by the Jubilee Line. I wouldn't advocate messing around with buses.
