Looking for accommodation in or around university of sussex

My son is due to go to uni very soon.

He has no accommodation sorted out as yet due to getting a late clearing place.

Is there anyone who can advise us on a route to go down or do you know anyone in the university area who would be willing to rent out a room to him.

He is not the most sociable person & generally keeps himself to himself.

Ideally a family environment would be good.
